Chaffers, New World

Vogel Integrated Campus, Wellington

• 30,000 m2 eight storey office in two new buildings and refurbishment of 1960’s building over six levels on the corner of Kate Shepherd Place and Mulgrave Street in Wellington.

Stage 2 of the Harbour Link Project, Tauranga

• Four laning the rest of the Harbour Bridge causeway.
• Construction of a duplicate Harbour Bridge alongside the existing bridge.
• Construction of a four-lane flyover from the Harbour Bridge to Takitimu.

Kumutoto Stage II

• The Kumutoto Public Space contract is part of the continual upgrade of Wellington's fantastic waterfront area.
• The project involves the upgrade of the existing wharves. This includes pile replacement, pile repairs and structural timber replacement works. Two existing link bridges are upgraded and one new link bridge has need constructed. A new working wharf has also been constructed.
